Snooki could be welcoming her baby boy this weekend!

TMZ reports the reality star is in labor at a New Jersey hospital and could deliver her little bambino anytime.

Snooki, real name Nicole Polizzi, told “Extra” she plans to name the little guy Lorenzo. She announced the pregnancy in March and plans to tie the knot with baby daddy Jionni LaVelle.

On Friday, the “Jersey Shore” star tweeted, “I am a balloon ready to pop.”

I have a feeling Snooki is going to pleasantly surprise a lot of people, I have a feeling she's going to be a really good, nurturing, loving Mom. Snooki is an image, but the real Snooki, I think is probably a lot more tame than people think, she's going to be a great Mom, very nurturing, protective, Watch.

Extra it was reported on the news earlier she had her son, he weighs 6 pounds something ounces and he's already made his first fist. I am so glad she had her baby,
