Feeling your age? Fillers can smooth out your wrinkles, but less can definitely be more. “Extra” caught up with Hollywood surgical nurse Rand Rusher to find out the dos and don’ts of facial fillers.
Rusher offers valuable tips about when to start using fillers and prescriptions. He also shares the key to keeping the right wrinkles to avoid “Space Age Face.”

I HAVE BEEN TO MANY FAMOUS PLASTIC SURGEONS AND DERMATOLOGISTS IN BEVERLY HILLS AND NO ONE COMPARES TO RAND, THE RESULTS I GOT FROM HIM IS ASTONISHING, HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHERE TO INJECT THE FILLERS IN YOUR FACE, MANY TIMES OTHER RN'S AND DOCTORS WOULD MAKE MY EYEBROW DROP OR I WOULD BE BRUISED, BUT WITH RAND I HAVE THE BEST RESULTS I AM 32 YEARS OLD AND I ALWAYS GET CARDED AND BELIEVE ME I DO HAVE WRINKLES, BUT WITH HIS MAGIC HANDS YOU CAN NEVER TELL!!!!!!! AND WHEN I SOMETIMES FEEL LIKE I WANT A LITTLE MORE, HE ADVISES ME THAT I LOOK FINE AND TELLS ME TO GO HOME, WHAT OTHER PERSON WOULD DO THAT????? AT THE END OF THE DAY PEOPLE WANT TO MAKE MONEY BUT RAND IS NOT ONE OF THEM, MY GIRLFRIEND WHO ALSO GOES TO HIM HAS BEEN SENT HOME MANY TIMES BECAUSE HE NEVER WANTS TO OVERDUE IT AND MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A FREAK SHOW, HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! AND TO YOU PEOPLE WHO THINK OTHERWISE, GO AND CHECK HIM OUT FOR YOURSELVES BEFORE MAKING FALSE COMMENTS!
Hmmm, seems to me Rand is practicing medicine without a license. The physician is "works under" is in another building! How is this legal. An RN is diagnosing and prescribing treatment from what I see. How is this legal?
Thank goodness for Nerium International (http://dayone.nerium.com), where the product stays well below the FDA radar by instructing associates do not make exaggerated claims. Basically undersell the product and let the consumer tell their story. The FDA can’t fault an ecstatic consumer that tells/shows everyone their amazing results. The customer turned associate (which happens often) just needs to bring the marketing back down a few levels to be legal in their claims.
Both the customer and associate knows what it can do. We all use it. We just can’t say how well it works and this is where other companies, network marketing or brick and mortar businesses get into trouble.
To be legal, we are only allowed to say that NeriumAD reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, hyper-pigmentation, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, and sun-damaged or aging skin. We are not even allowed to share unbelievable before and after pictures that customers send to us that are not used for the above skin conditions. I have seen them, I have posted them on my Facebook page, and I have been told to take them down.

Meaning, what if the FDA did studies on how well this product worked and made the company state what the product could do. Funny, I think that would put a lot of other companies out of business.
