The Twitter universe went crazy after US Olympic gymnast Gabby Douglas won the all-around gold medal in London. Superstars like Oprah, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj all tweeted their kudos to Gabby.

Men's Humor also tweeted this fun fact: "Gabby Douglas' last name unscrambled is "USA Gold". #MindBlown."

Douglas is the first African-American woman to win the medal. Here’s a list of five interesting facts you may not know about the petite gymnast with the winning smile.

The piece you did on Gabby Douglas' father was done in poor taste. Instead of focusing on her accomplishments you chose to be negative. What family in America right now isn't going through financial trouble? This is the 'United' States of America not 'Divided'. Racism is alive and well. Gabby's mother was not forced to send Gabby to stay with a family in Iowa, instead Gabby chose to go to Iowa to train for the Olympics and was provided with a Host family. That was aired on NBC. You guys need to get some business. Gabby won the US two gold medals, which took a lot of hard work and dedication. What in the hell have you done?!!!!
