After weeks of legal wrangling and physical altercations at the Jackson family home, steps are being taken to protect Katherine Jackson and grandkids Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson.

Weitzman represents co-executors John Branca and John McClain, and reportedly sent the letter to Charles Schultz, T.J. Jackson's attorney.
The letter states, “Given the circumstances of the last two weeks, and in order to protect the children and Mrs. Jackson, the Executors believe that it would not be appropriate to allow the following individuals to enter the residence or its grounds and we instruct the security to preclude the following from entering the residence or the grounds: Randy Jackson and any of his children, Janet Jackson, Rebbie Jackson and any of her children, Jermaine Jackson, his wife and any of his children."
Janet and her siblings made attempts to collect Michael's kids last Monday, and a physical confrontation between Janet and Paris Jackson was captured on a surveillance camera.
Last week, a judge ordered that Katherine will share guardianship with grandson T.J. Jackson, but she will continue to oversee the estate and day-to-day well being of Michael's kids.
Over the weekend, Katherine and the three children attended a concert for the Jackson's Unity Tour, featuring brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon.
Jermaine, via his Twitter feed, said the bitter feud between the singing siblings was coming to a halt. “You all have families,” he tweeted. “Sometimes it gets complicated. Whatever happens, whatever is said, we are family, we are One, we will heal.”

First of all, Paris has already denied that Janet slapped her and vice versa. She's denied that there was cursing out of any kind. But Janet WAS way out of line in showing up and trying to get the kids to leave with them. They wouldn't let her talk to her grandma on the phone, but they would come and get them and try to get them in the car saying they were going to see her? Janet IS way out of line. Those are NOT her kids, and she hasn't seemed to be very involved with them at all since their dad died. The occasional visit doesn't count, and neither does going on and on about how Michael wouldn't want his kid in movies, despite the fact that he himself worked with Paris on improv and got people from UCLA to work with the kids on movie making. He told Barbara Walters a long time ago that if the kids wanted to go into the business, then he'd lay it all out for them, how to do things, and he'd tell them to do it better than he did.
Michael loved his children so much. Such a shame that his family is doing this to those kids.
Janet never slapped Paris, that was confirmed by Paris and nor did Paris slap janet back? This was all made up by the tabloids to sell pappers. Everyone is to blame for this not the siblings. We all no that Michael was not in his right mind for years as he was on drugs and had inner demons.
Also we all no that Michael was very close a couple of siblings and one was Janet and the other was Rebbie the oldest and if anyone should no him is both of his Sisters more that anyone including those adopted kids of his.
Michael also adored his nieces and nephews and I'm sure if his will was correct he would left something for them and I don't care how much Damage Joe Jackson has done but if you take a close look none of those kids are "cracked" out or dead beats they all raise there children good and not the "southern" ways of there parents upbringing.
I makes me sick to my stomach because it was the "Jackson 5" in the beginning that laid the ground work for Michael's success and it took the family as a unit to keep there heads on straight especially in that crazy entertainment culture thats full of deceit, drugs and users and so call friends, so Joe had to be they way he was or his family would of been totally different today.
I feel that the Jackson family has the right to the family fortune as you see in any other great white entertainer(elvis, carson, crosby, john wayne, etc) where the money is inherited and passed through the family business for generations.
Theres is absolutely nothing wrong with the siblings there something wrong with our judgmental society and we all know that MJ died under suspicious behavior .
First of all, did you see a slap?? Secondly, this is a FAMILY and EVERYONE ELSE are outsiders. Family first. They need to rally together and get those executors ousted. Who the hell ever heard of your own FAMILY being barred from their mothers house? That how WE DO (Black folks)!!! The enemies are the OUTSIDERS. FAMILY FIRST!!! GO JACKSONS!!!

Janet Jackson is way out of line, she has been from the beginning and slapping Paris in the face, etc., she isn't Paris mother, her brother Michael made his wishes very clear, I think she's a controlling, manipulative woman. Paris, Prince and Blanket aren't babies anymore and they and their grandmother are behaving like the only adults in the bunch. i applaud LaToya for staying out of it. If being a Mom is so important to Janet Jackson she should have her own child, these 3 kids of Michael Jackson have a loving grandmother and they adore her.
