Kristen Stewart's Cheating Devastates Rob Pattinson

“Twilight” starlet Kristen Stewart attempted to apologize for her cheating ways by issuing a public statement on Wednesday, but reports say boyfriend Rob Pattinson is devastated.

KStew was forced to admit her transgression when US Weekly published photos of the actress getting cozy with married “Snow White” director Rupert Sanders. Now, Pattinson has moved out of the couple's L.A. home, according to People.

Sources tell the New York Post that trouble was already brewing at the Teen Choice Awards on July 22. Witnesses spotted Stewart and RPatz fighting backstage. “Rob and Kristen were having a long and intense conversation backstage, and he looked miserable, heartbroken and humiliated. She was pleading.”

Another insider said Kristen tried to stop the photographer from selling the photos. When the plan failed, she had to tell Pattinson. “Rob is deeply in love with Kristen and is very jealous when other men hit on her. This will crush him,” said the source. One “Twilight” fan posted a reaction to the break up on Youtube, asking Kristen, “What do you stand to achieve by cheating on Robert Pattinson?”
 


While Kristen tries to patch things up with Rob, Rupert is doing the same with his wife, Liberty Ross. He also issued a public apology on Wednesday, saying “My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world.”

The 41-year-old shed some light on his relationship with his model wife last month, while talking to The Guardian.

"I just knew I was going to marry her," he said of meeting Ross when she was only 17 (he's seven years older). "It took a while. I didn't propose to her for seven years because I felt that she was too young and she'd resent me if she hadn't lived. But it was good because I was off making commercials and she was modeling, so we had quite a free -- not sexually free, we weren't swinging or having other relationships... I hope! But we both lived very independent lives, then we'd meet up. It kept the fire burning. She's been very supportive and she's been a strong single mother for the last year and a half, because I haven't been around."

Ross, 33, has not spoken about the affair, except through social media. The mother of two began following US Weekly on Twitter and tweeted the word “Wow!” and a Marilyn Monroe quote, "Sometimes bad things fall apart so better things can fall together." Shortly after, she closed her account. Later, she posted a photo on Instagram of Snow White crying and drinking, along with the caption, “Not so pretty or pure after all….”

In the past, Ross has supported Kristen's career. She told Celebuzz that Stewart was her No. 1 pick to play Snow White in her husband's film. Ross took the role of the Kristen's mother in the movie.
