Jennifer Lopez on 'Idol' Future: 'Maybe It's Time for Me to Go'
Although there is still no official word on the matter, “American Idol” judge Jennifer Lopez is continuing to broadcast the message that she may be leaving the hit singing competition.
During an appearance on the “Today” show Thursday, Lopez told Natalie Morales, “I know everybody wants that definite 'yes' or 'no,' and... all I can let you in on is my own thought process with it, because that's where I truly am. And the truth is, I love everybody. I love all the guys on the show. I love the family that's there. Like I said, I've just enjoyed it so much. But I am thinking that maybe it's time for me to go and do other things that I really love to do.”
She paused, “But then again I really love the show. So...”

Rumors have been circulating on who might replace Lopez if she decides to bow out, with former “Idol” runner-up Adam Lambert's name in the mix.
Lopez is getting ready for her North American tour with Enrique Iglesias and stars in “Ice Age: Continental Drift,” which hits theaters Friday.
