Ink-happy Miley Cyrus was snapped in West Hollywood Tuesday, sporting a new tattoo on her left forearm.

It’s a quote from a 1910 speech from President Theodore Roosevelt that reads, “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat,” according to Us Weekly.

Cyrus, who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth, has 14 other tattoos and previously stated that she believes in tattoos that have a meaning.

The singer has “Just Breathe” on her ribcage, “Love” on her inner ear, a heart on her right hand, a large dream catcher design on her ribcage, a cross on her wedding finger and “Love Never Dies” on her left arm.
