According to a site source, the Biebs and his actress girlfriend have been on again/off again for months, and most recently ended things last week… or did they?

If the gossip is true, it would explain why Selena was spotted romping on the beach with an unidentified male friend at Ashley Tisdale’s Malibu birthday bash.

Justin and Selena have been together for almost two years. The insider says they are not “solid,” but they are back together.
