Justin Bieber Goes 'Around the World,' Shows Concussion

Superstar Justin Bieber went "All Around the World" for his NBC special. The 18-year-old headed to London, Norway and finally, Paris, to promote his new album, “Believe.” Footage of of the concussion he received when he ran into a glass wall in Paris is also seen.

Watch Part 1 of the special, which aired Wednesday!

The concussion drama will continue when Part 2 airs Thursday on NBC!
