Dear Extra,
Yesterday I received a phone call from Extra TV telling me that I won the Windows phone and that I would receive an email with the forms that I would need to fill out and return to claim the phone but I haven't received the email. The call was from a woman named Caroline. I tried calling the phone number that was left and I reached Warner Bros. studio but I couldn't get through on that phone number. If I won the phone I would like to claim it.
Please check into this for me and send me the email with the forms to get the phone.
