Please, please no Kristen Stewart! She ruined Twilight for me she will ruin 50 shades of grey! That girl cannot act! She can stick to her "I am so miserable" roles! Yuk!
No no no! Christian isn't supposed to seem "nice" or "likeable" especially not at first! Do some people not understand or didn't read the books or what? Christian Grey is not supposed to look like a guy you could easily approach. He is very intimidating in looks and personality,extraordinarily handsome to women of all ages and races and has a dangerous look as well.. Ryan Gosling,God love him,I love him too but he is NOT Christian Grey. There is only 1 man I see as Christian Grey and that's Ian Somerhalder. And he's the only actor I kept seeing while reading the trilogy. He naturally has it all already. I don't even care if they don't stay true to the haircolor or style because his own hair is just that perfect as is. He is the perfect Christian Grey.

I think Derek Theler from the show Baby Daddy would be a really awesome Christian Grey, he is very sexy. And yes please NO Twilight Cast in Fifty Shades, that would just be weird. Ana should be the girl from Pretty Little Liars, Lucy Hale. All she would have to do is wear some blue contacts. Or Emma Stone would be a great Ana, just make her hair darker.

Henry Cavill should be on this list! If you research his career the parallels are astounding! From the fact that he was Stephanie Meyers inspiration for the Twilight trilogy, E.L. James was obsessed with The Twilight books. Henry played Charles Brandon in the award winning (16th century)Showtime series The Tudors. He was a duke, knight & prince. Most importantly,the Alfred Dunhll 'Black' & 'London' commercials featuring Henry aired before before E.L. James wrot her trilogy. It convinced me this role is Henry's!!!
Emmy Rossum and Jared Leto. Read the description of Christian well, Jared is Christian Grey. But only if he can put his music down for a while and return to acting.

I think Chris Hemsworth for "Fifty", and Rachel McAdams for Anna. Of course, the book was written for Pattinson/Stewart, but they are probably too pricey nowadays...You have to get someone "swoon worthy" for the male lead, and the female lead has to at least be able to "act" like she's innocent... None of the men in this article do a thing for me except Hemsworth. He has the height, build, and good looks to play Christian.
I think people are seriously missing the point! this is not an "old" man he is only 27-28! Also i realize she pulled inspiration from the twilight books,but come on! do you really wanna see Kristin be dumb with another hot guy?? The best people for this roll, and they also happen to be in the same age range as Ana and Christian are Henry Cavill( the tudors) and Emilia Clarke(the game of thrones). They have all the features of the characters in the book and i think they would have true on screen chemistry so it wouldn't be very forced!
