The couple will wed at a top-secret Texas ceremony this weekend, E! News learned exclusively.

The intimate affair will take place at Matthew’s home with just two dozen of their closest friends and family. In an attempt to keep the wedding details on the down low, the workers helping with set up were reportedly asked to sign non-disclosures.

Camila, 30, missed out on a Friday luncheon in Beverly Hills, where she was honored by the Step Up Women's Network, so she could be in Texas for the wedding preparations. Instead, she accepted via video.

The “Magic Mike” star and the Brazilian model started dating in 2006 and have two children together, Levi, 3, and Vida, 2. Matthew, 42, popped the question to Camila on Christmas Day.

"Just asked Camila to marry me, Merry Christmas," McConaughey wrote on his WhoSay page.
