Singer Britney Spears is moving on and leaving her Beverly Hills mansion behind. The engaged “X-Factor” judge recently sold the 7,500-sq. ft. house with the help of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” guru, Josh Altman. Before the new owners got the keys, “Extra’s” Renee Bargh got an inside look at this piece of pop culture real estate history.
Brit’s bachelorette pad was a real steal for the buyer. Britney paid $7.2 million, but it sold for a paltry $4.2 million. The estate features five bedrooms and six baths. Best of all, the home comes with a mini-mansion -- previously inhabited by the star’s sons, Preston and Jayden.
