Donald Driver Goes to Bat for Charity

NFL player Donald Driver knows his way around a football field, dance floor… and a baseball diamond? That’s right, the multi-talented winner of “Dancing With the Stars” plays softball, too.

Each year the Green Bay Packers wide receiver invites his fellow teammates to play in the Donald Driver Charity Softball Game. The match between offense and defense raises money for the Donald Driver Foundation, which helps homeless families and disadvantaged youth in Northeastern Wisconsin and his hometown of Houston, Texas.

"I can't wait to take the field for year number four and give fans a good game for a great cause," Driver said of this year’s June 3 game. "The fan support has been awesome. It's allowed our foundation to positively impact a number of quality organizations and people.”
