The funeral for disco queen Donna Summer Sudano was held Wednesday at Christ Presbyterian Church in Nashville. Summer was a Nashville resident since 1995.

Summer’s family and close friends attended the memorial services, including David Foster, who performed "The Prayer" with Natalie Grant. Other guests included, Georgio Moroder, Jamal Anderson, and Tony Orlando.

The singer died last Thursday at her home in Florida surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Sudano; her three daughters, Mimi S. Dohler, Brooklyn Sudano, Amanda S. Ramirez; and 4 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army in Donna’s honor.
