Usher Takes Seat on Stand in Emotional Custody Battle
The R&B singer testified in a custody hearing in an Atlanta court Tuesday and broke down in tears when his ex-wife’s lawyer questioned him about his partying ways, accusing Usher of not caring enough about his children.
The lawyer for Usher’s ex, Tameka Foster, showed photos of the singer partying in February and also asked about his alleged drug abuse. The “Scream” singer admitted to smoking pot in the past, but insisted he never used drugs in front of the kids.
Usher is requesting more time with his sons, Usher Jr., 4 and Naviyd, 3. The hearing will continue Wednesday.

Comments
Maybe Tameka is a tough woman but Usher's actions toward her could have pushed her over the edge.
He was with her for years so he had to know her character.
Why would this man have another baby with her ONLY 3 years ago? If the marriage was not working out why bring one more baby into it?
Looks like he was ready to have his freedom back and walked away from her and his family.
Money is not what his children need, they need him and a family life.
