Jenny McCarthy's Tips to Get Your Body Back -- Post Baby!

When McCarthy delivered, she weighed 211 lbs., and got back in shape. When asked how she got her body back, the former "90210" star said with a book written by her friend and mother of four, Heather Porter, called "Body Back."

One tip from the book includes how to use a hula hoop to get rid of the "mummy tummy."
