“American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest has purchased Ellen DeGeneres' amazing Beverly Hills home.

The estate was listed for $49 million, and Seacrest reportedly paid close to asking price, says TMZ.

Seacrest will be living in a 9,200 square foot main house that sits on 2.87 acres and also has three guesthouses.

The house was formerly owned by Max Mutchnick, co-creator of "Will and Grace.” DeGeneres originally paid $29 mil for the house and then purchased the adjacent properties.
