Reality star Kim Kardashian challenged New Jersey Tan Mom Patricia Krentcil Saturday via Twitter.

The 31-year-old E! star tweeted a picture of herself in a teeny tank top after getting a spray tan with the caption, "The tannerexic (sic) mom has some serious competition!!! Lol."

Kim then reassured fans that her shockingly dark appearance was not permanent. "Relax that's just a spray tan! It washed off & I'm back to my normal tan self! But how crazy does it look after being on for 8 hours!"

She added, "How do you spell tanorexic anyway? Tannerexic? Tannorexic? Is this even a real word?"

Aside from tanning, Kim was also busy this weekend tweeting pics of herself posing in a leather jacket, booty shorts and fishnets for Vogue Italia and celebrating Mother's Day with the Kardashian clan.
