Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone -- Steamy in 'Gangster Squad' Trailer

Ryan Gosling is set to play Jerry Wooters, a 1940s LAPD cop who battles the Mafia, in Warner Bros. "Gangster Squad." Gosling's main target is mobster Mickey Cohen (Sean Penn), and the target of his affection… Cohen's girl, played by Emma Stone.

Gosling and Stone sizzle in the new trailer for Ruben Fleischer's upcoming crime thriller.

This is the second time Stone and Gosling will play on-screen lovers, having been paired in 2011’s romantic comedy, "Crazy, Stupid, Love."

"Gangster Squad" screeches into theaters later this year.
