The Weight Watchers deal indicates that the 31-year-old new mom will lose her baby fat before the company features her on their national campaign.

Simpson is also rumored to have a baby clothing line in the works with sister Ashlee, which will add to Jessica’s estimated net worth of $100 million.

Tuesday Jessica tweeted, "I am so in love with baby Maxwell. I want to cry every time I look at her. Motherhood is by far the best thing I've ever experienced."

The "Dukes of Hazard" star and her finacé, former NFL player Eric Johnson, welcomed their 9-pound baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson, on May 1.

Jessica is a lucky woman, because she was raised by a beautiful loving mother! As long as her mom is in the picture Jessica will have the best role model. I had the honor of knowing her mom -and she is a wonderful, kind generous person every girl should be so lucky!

Isn't that wonderful? What a great motivator to lose weight, $4M!! Please tell me where to sign... and on top of that, a clothing line to add even more millions... what else? Oh, yeah, "motherhood is the best thing I've ever experienced"... my dear, I have the feeling that you, like many other famous parents, will never have any idea what motherhood/parenthood truly is, balancing work, housework, homework, extracurricular activities, errands, doctor appointments and everything that is involved in raising children.

This makes me so angry. They have millions of dollars and they get PAID to lose weight? The rest of us have to struggle and PAY to lose weight. No one is paying me to lose weight, I am doing if because I want to. Hell if I were rich and famous someone might actually care enough to help me! Just more proof that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

What a whore. When she should be taking care of her child, she is just looking to make more money. I have a feeling that Weight Watchers is going to get ripped off on this. She is a big girl to begin with and she doesn't seem to have much discipline. Why is she famous? She hasn't made a CD that was ever worth listening to. Proved to be a lazy incompetent brat while married to Nick. I wish she would just go home to Richardson and let her mom take care of her.

It's just wonderful that Jessica has signed a 4M deal with Weight Watchers. Good for her. That will buy a lot of baby diapers. She evidently is very business savey. My only problem with all these celebrities who sign with these "weight loss" companies is: they make millions of dollars for signing, and they get free food and guidance at their beck and call. Those of us who are just the ordinary hard working folks, can't afford the food from some of these companies. Do the plans work, yes. I did "WW" and it worked as long as I stayed on it. But it is was very expensive to buy the food. If I could afford it I would certainly go back on it. Those who say, oh but it's worth it to get your figure and your health, but if you can't afford it, you can't afford it! Good luck to Jessica. I look forward to seeing her new figure.
