Cameron Diaz on Her Prosthetic Belly

"Extra's" AJ Calloway met up with "What to Expect When You're Expecting" star Cameron Diaz at the film's premiere in NYC, where she talked about her experience of playing a mom-to-be.

When she was asked about how it felt to walk around with a prosthetic belly, Diaz said, "I don't know what it’s like to carry 10 pounds internally in my body… I do know what it's like to have it strapped to my body. I have a strange feeling it really isn't the same thing."

"What to Expect When Your Expecting" will be delivered in theaters Friday, May 18.
