'Idol' Results: Down to the Final Four

May 03, 2012 American Idol

“American Idol” sent aspiring country singer Skylar Laine home on Tuesday, narrowing down the field the final four.

Judge Jennifer Lopez thought Laine might have won the whole thing, asking the contestant Wednesday, "You wanna win, don't you?" after Skylar sang Dusty Springfield's "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me.” Watch the performance!

Upon her departure, Laine told the audience, "I miss my four wheeler so much, but I have plenty of time to go riding and only one time here. This whole experience has been incredible. I'll take a lot from this experience. I'll take friendships, memories and I'm going to put this towards my career in the future.”

Hollie Cavanagh, Joshua Ledet, Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips will compete next week for the "American Idol" Season 11 title.

The British girl needs to go. She can audition in Great Britian. It is ridiculous how they are trying to make her a "Texan."
