Monroe and Moroccan Cannon celebrated their first birthday April 29 with their parents, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, along with several close friends at the Plaza Athenee in Paris.

Decked out in a gorgeous J Mendel gown, Mariah and hubby Nick made sure all had a festive time. The memorable occasion was complete with custom-made French pastries, lots of balloons, toys and confetti.
