Fashion mogul Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson have arrived to a L.A hospital where Simpson is expected give birth to their first child, a baby girl!

Her pregnancy had been fodder for the media, with Simpson herself making fun of her huge belly. She told Jimmy Kimmel last month that she has a lot of amniotic fluid, so "whenever my water breaks it'll be like a fire hydrant!"
Simpson and Johnson still plan to marry, but no date has been set.
