Producer Jack Osbourne and fiancee Lisa Stelly welcomed daughter Pearl on Tuesday, reports E! Online.

Magazine editor Rosie Nixon broke the news on Twitter. "HELLO! can exclusively announce the safe arrival of @MrJacko *@lisamarstelly's baby girl Pearl weighing 8lb 6oz. Love & congrats to them!"

New grandmother Sharon Osbourne then tweeted, “Today I witnessed my first grandchild being born, life changing experience. She is an angel.”

The new parents revealed they were expecting their first child just after they confirmed their engagement last September. They dated for four months prior to that.

Congradulations to the new dad and mom, and especially new grand parents sharon and ossy, its a great feeling, I have nine grand daughters and one great grand daughter due in June. Pearl is a beautiful name that was my mom's middle name. May God be with her always.
