Reality star Kim Kardashian was spotted showing off diamond earrings with the initials "K" and "W" -- for her supposed beau, rapper Kanye West, reports US Weekly.

Kim's new bling debuted at LAX on Sunday after she and West spent a romantic weekend together in NYC.

The two were seen in Manhattan, browsing the racks at Balenciaga, enjoying ice cream from Van Leeuwen and having dinner at the Spice Market with Kardashian's family.

Kim and Kanye have been rumored to be dating since early April, though a source told Us Weekly that West "has been genuinely head over heels for Kim for a while."
