I think your e-mail page needs to be more user friendly. Yesterday's show showed a contest for Jersey Boys in Vegas. I immediately went on line but could not find it. I looked this morning and could not find it and again tonight. Put things like this right out there to be found.
How do I go to the screen that allows you to earn points? I WAS just clicking on a prize to enter, but now that screen doesn't have the headings to earn extra points. Where do I go on the EXTRA site? There should be an easy way of getting to the right page.
I watch extra every night and want to try and win the snow hoodie shown on the show 2/13/2013 as a giveaway by entering the word "Snow" but all this program does is run me around and try to make me purchase something i don't want. Why is it so hard to be an extrafriend?
Have not had the usual Watch & Win questions, trivia questions for over a week. The only way to earn points is maybe 1 trivia and/or 1 survey question per day. Is there a reason for this? Have been a member for a few months and enjoy visiting Friends with Benefits and earning points...but lately not able to earn points for certain categories. Is this happening to others subscribers?
hi i would like to know how to sign up for fwb giveaways just bought a laptop i love extra and mario and maria now and when they were on dwts wish they were there this season sad about that i dont know alot about computers still iam still learning hope to get better at this iam a single parent of a 15 year old girl she is a 10th grader at R.L Turner HighSchool we live in Carollton Texas and iam a housekeeperat Christus St. Joseph Village thank you
What is giung on with the points program site. When ever I try to log in it send me to a site that McAfee blocks.
What a HORRIBLE Poimts program! You force people into jumping through a bunch of hoops just to enter a contest. Ridiculous! I'm a very busy person with a big family. I don't have time to enter a bunch of surveys and do a ton of other stuff just to get a few points to redeem for a contest. You really should get rid of this program, and make your Giveaways like they were: everyone who is Registered on the ExtraTv site and can enter them. That is how it should be.
