Retired boxer and mom Leila Ali spoke with "Extra's" Jerry Penacoli about two important organizations that are helping mothers keep their kids healthy and safe.

The first, Healthy Child Healthy World, empowers parents to protect their children from harmful chemicals. Executive Director/CEO Rachel Lincoln Sarnoff discusses why it was started.

The second organization is the Best for Babes Foundation, which puts a spotlight on the importance of breastfeeding. Co-founders Bettina Forbes and Danielle Rigg talk about the struggles that new moms face and why breastfeeding is the "foundation of human health."
