According to People, the 34-year-old said, "Your placenta gets dehydrated and made into vitamins. It's something I was very hesitant about, but we're the only mammals who don't ingest our own placentas."

Jones, who had Zander last September, says the vitamins help with the exhaustion of long days on set, as well as sleepless nights at home with her little one.

The actress insisted, "It's not witchcraft-y or anything! I suggest it to all moms!"
