Carmen Electra is Smokin' Hot in New Mag Spread

Actress and author Carmen Electra brought a new meaning to "Lady in Red," with a photo shoot for Regard magazine.

The former "Baywatch" babe, who is close to turning 40, showed off her curves in a red low-cut dress, complete with thigh-high split.

"I love dressing up for photo shoots, so Margi Kent's glamorous dresses and gowns were perfect for me," Electra told the magazine.

Carmen also talked about her self-help book, "How to Be Sexy." She explained, "The message I was trying to convey is that everyone has something special about themselves they don't like, even models and movie stars and rock stars."
