Extra Scoop: Sandra Bullock to Adopt Second Child?

It looks like Sandra Bullock's family is about to get larger. The actress wants her son, Louis, to have a brother or sister. The Oscar winner has already filled out paperwork for another domestic adoption.

UPDATE:Gossip Cop reports Bullock is not looking to adopt again. "She has no plans to adopt at this time," a rep for Bullock told Gossip Cop.
