Charlize Theron is a New Mom!

Actress Charlize Theron has adopted a baby boy, UsWeekly reports.

A rep for the Oscar-winning actress, 36, said, "Charlize Theron has adopted a child. She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson."

"She has always wanted to be a mom," a source told Us. "She is glad to be able to do it on her own now and is so happy to be a mom."

The "Young Adult" star split with actor Stuart Townsend in January 2010 after nine years together.
