Tim Tebow Will Not Be Next 'Bachelor'

It was rumored that Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow was approached to be the new "Bachelor" on ABC's hit reality TV show, but this one won't score.

ABC denied the rumor, saying, "We have not approached Tim Tebow about being the next Bachelor. This started as a joke by Chris Harrison and then took on a life of its own."

If the network entertained the idea, the 24-year-old football stud would be the first famous person to take part in the TV series. Along with the fame factor, Tebow would be a unique choice because he is a devout Christian, and once told the media he would wait until marriage to have sex.

He maintains his single status, despite being linked to various women. In December, Olympic skier Lindsay Vonn shot down rumors that she and Tebow were dating. He was most recently linked to country singer Taylor Swift, after the two were seen at dinner together this month.
