Report: Demi Moore Leaves Rehab, Goes on Secret Vacation
Demi Moore has checked out of Utah's Cirque Lodge and is "on vacation" at an undisclosed location, according to a report from E! Online.
Moore, who entered the ritzy rehab last month, has kept a low profile and has managed to stay out of the public eye after being rushed to the hospital for seizure-like symptoms on Jan. 23.
According to a source, the actress sought help for addiction issues and an eating disorder. It was said that Demi's ex, Bruce Willis, urged her to seek treatment.
Meanwhile, Ashton Kutcher is rumored to be dating Lorene Scafaria, an actress. The two were spotted together at Madonna's Oscar after-party last Sunday.
