Kirstie Alley Gives 'Dancing' Advice to Maria Menounos
Former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Kirstie Alley has some sage advice for new "DWTS" dancer Maria Menounos.
"Either go for the gusto and go for the whole thing... or get out early," laughed Alley with "Extra's" AJ Calloway at the Poise event in NYC.
Having danced with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, the slimmed-down actress also told her friend and fellow "DWTS" contestant Melissa Gilbert she's in for a ride now that Melissa, too, is partnered with Maksim.
Kirstie smiled, "I see [Melissa] on Twitter going, 'Oh Maks... he's rocking my world!' And I'm like going, 'Oh my God, girl, you have no idea."
As for what Alley has been up to since her time on "DWTS," she is starring in an ABC pilot "The Manzanis" and finishing her book, "The Art of Men."
Will she be naming names in the book? She explained, "I'm happy to talk about my indiscretions and how bad I am. I'm happy to say that, but I'm not so happy to say that about other people."
