'Awake' Star Wilmer Valderrama Shares Series Premiere Details

Actor Wilmer Valderrama met with "Extra's" Mario Lopez to talk about his new NBC drama series, "Awake."

Valderrama's new role may mean leaving his comedic TV past behind, but that doesn't mean he's lost his sense of humor. "You can see I'm wearing a tie, 'cause I'm trying to do the drama talk at this very moment."

The former "That 70's Show," star now plays a detective whose professional partner is living within two parallel dreams, and cannot differentiate between the real and imagined. He also talked about who may play his character's love interest, and who he thinks should guest star on the new series!
