Funnyman Sacha Baron Cohen surprised E! host Ryan Seacrest on the 2012 Oscars red carpet.
Arriving to the ceremony dressed as his latest alter ego "The Dictator," Cohen accidentally dumped an urn full of what he claimed was the ashes of the late North Korean leader Kim Jon Il all over Seacrest. Classic.
