A judge ruled in Halle Berry's favor in her ongoing custody battle with her ex, Gabriel Aubry -- who is now required to have his visits with three-year-old Nahla be supervised.
According to RadarOnline, the judge also ruled that Aubry is not allowed to have any overnight stays with Nahla.
Halle's Stalker Arrested Friday
The pair have been in and out of a Los Angeles family court after Aubry was accused of pushing their nanny while she was holding Nahla in her arms.
Halle has also recently asked the judge if she can move overseas to France with her daughter.

I used to like her a lot, now I cannot stand her. She is very hateful when she does not get her way. Just because she never had a father figure, she thinks it is OK. She forgets that her daughter has a father and the father wants to be in her life. She is such a "me" person, she rather have her daughter spend time with the guys she dates than her actual father.
