Nick Cannon Hospitalized with Mild Kidney Failure

"America's Got Talent" host Nick Cannon, 31, has been hospitalized in Aspen with mild kidney failure.

Superstar wife Mariah Carey tweeted a photo with her husband in his hospital bed, writing, "Please pray for Nick as he's fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure. #mybraveman."

Taking to her blog, Mariah elaborated on the serious situation, and wrote, "This is us in the hospital -- role reversal. Last year it was me attached to the machines (after having dembabies) and Nick was there with me through it, and now here we are."

The mother of twins continued, "We're trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful. They tried to kick me out of the hospital but here I am pon de bed with Mr. C." (sic)

Carey said they are trying to make the best of the situation, but didn't go into further detail about his condition or just how long her husband was expected to remain in the hospital.
