Angelina's Thoughtful Birthday Gift to Brad... So Wright
What do you get for the man who has everything? That's the dilemma Angelina Jolie faced when her beau Brad Pitt turned 48 in December.
Knowing Pitt's love for architecture, Jolie purchased a waterfall in California for her beau, according to Daily Mail. The thoughtful gift was inspired by the couple's 2006 visit to the famous Frank Lloyd Wright designed home, Fallingwater, in Mill Run, Pennsylvania. The structure, which is now a national historic landmark, was built over a waterfall in 1935.
The "In the Land of Blood and Honey" director plans to build a dream home above the waterfall, and according to a source, "Brad wants to pull all aspects of nature, light, glass and varying levels into the concept."
The source adds, "Angelina wanted to get him something incredibly special, and because she knows how much he loves architecture, she thought this would be perfect. This is the present to top all presents."
