After giving birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe, the singer lost the 30 pounds of baby weight by using Jenny Craig - and becoming a spokesperson. She told "Extra," "Diet is like 90 percent diet and workout is 10 percent."

Alec Baldwin

The "30 Rock" star dropped 20 pounds in three months, going sugar-free and attending yoga classes with his instructor girlfriend, Hilaria Thomas.

Janet Jackson

After years of yo-yo dieting, Ms. Jackson is looking the best she ever has -- at age 45. Losing 10 pounds in little more than a month without gym workouts. She told "Extra," "I love dance. I love sports, so I have to do it in those ways." She also eats right with Nutrisystem, and is a spokesperson. "It's the easiest thing to do. The food is great."

Kelly Preston and Kirstie Alley
