Giuliana Rancic Returns to Work

E! News host Giuliana Rancic went before the cameras again Tuesday, exactly two weeks after undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in her battle against breast cancer.

"Thankfully, I've been feeling better every single day since surgery, and this weekend my doctors gave me the green light to get back to work," Rancic told E! Online. "Even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming."

Rancic and her husband, Bill, have been very public about her health issues. She has said she hopes to provide an example to other women on the importance of early detection.
