As Britney Spears performed a racy routine at the Femme Fatale concert in Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday, she indulged in the customary lap dance for one lucky concertgoer.

As the pop star slid down the stripper pole and wrapped her legs around the guy's neck, the excited admirer turned his head and bit the pop star's leg!
