Does Jennifer Lopez Have a New Beau?

The rumor circulating Monday is that Jennifer Lopez may be dating one of her backup dancers, reports E! Online.

The "American Idol" judge, who recently split with husband Marc Anthony, was spotted with Casper Smart, a Los Angeles-based dancer who met Lopez while performing with her in the "Idol" finale earlier this year.

Lopez tweeted a pic of herself with her dancers, with Smart on the far left. "Back @ it w/my family," it read.

There has been no comment from Lopez's camp on the rumored romance.
