More 'DWTS' Drama: Maks Breaks His Toe

Not long after giving "Dancing with the Stars" judge Len Goodman a piece of his mind, pro dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy tweeted that he broke his toe.

Maks wrote, "One thing that could make this Halloween weekend better -- NOT having a broken toe!"

While Maks didn't give any details about how he was injured, he has been busy prepping two dances with partner Hope Solo for next Monday's show.
