James Marsden's Wife Files for Divorce

"X-Men" star James Marsden and his wife are divorcing.

According to People, Marsden's wife of 11 years, Lisa Linde, has filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. In the documents, Linde is seeking spousal support and joint legal and physical custody of the couple's two kids, Jack and Mary.

James' rep released a statement: "This was a mutual decision. They are committed to raising their kids together and remain great friends."

The actor, 38, had previously told People, "When I'm not working, I want to be home, and that's all I want to do."

James and Lisa married in 2000. Linde is the daughter of country music writer Dennis Linde, who famously penned Elvis' "Burning Love."

Marsden is currently in NYC filming "Bachelorette," co-starring Kirsten Dunst.
