Chic Events owner Rachel Hollis knows how to throw a party for the best of them. Known for celebrity party planning, she gave "Extra's" Adrianna Costa an inside look at how she brainstorms concepts for parties -- and how anyone can plan a fun Emmy party at home on a budget!

Hollis says you can put a top-notch party together while keeping the cost inexpensive and easy. She even pulled off her menu without using a fully-equipped kitchen!

Her party must-haves? "You gotta have good food, good music and you gotta give me some cocktails!"
