Kirstie Alley to Pen New Book on 'How Men Have Influenced My Life'

Former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Kirstie Alley is writing a new book about the men in her life.

Alley tweeted Thursday, "I made a Book deal w Atria. It's about how men have influenced my life. Lovers, friends, husbands,directors,Dad, Son, etc.. Kurt Vonnegut ;)"

A source told the NY Post the Simon & Schuster's Atria book, due out July 2012, will chronicle her life as she lives up to the mantra "60 is the new 30."

The reality TV star has been slimming down since her time on the hit ABC dance show, and recently joked with "Extra," "I wanna be 'The Bachelorette.' But all my dudes have to be under 23!"

Alley's first book, "How to Lose Your Ass and Regain Your Life," was released in 2005.
