Maria and Arnold: No to Reconciliation, Yes to Birthday Lunch
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are proving that it's possible to go through a complicated, painful divorce and still be cordial... for the sake of the kids.
The pair recently got together for a friend's graduation dinner at their favorite Brentwood eatery, Toscana, and again on Sunday when they met sons Patrick and Christopher to celebrate Arnold's 64th birthday.
The Schwarzenegger brood hung out for some shopping in Beverly Hills and dined at Barneys. Shriver picked up the lunch tab and even ordered Arnie an expresso.
It's been a tough year for the high-profile family, from Arnold's reveal of a lovechild with the housekeeper to Christopher's serious surfing accident.
Arnold and Maria filed for divorce last month and are currently working out details of the split.
